Shipping Policy

1. Where do you deliver locally?

It is possible to pick up your order (by appointment only) at my small studio in Buggenhout (Opstal). Select "Pick up on site" as the shipping option.

Don't forget to include your email address or phone number. That way, I can send you a message as soon as your order is ready for pickup. And we can also immediately set a suitable date and time.

Do you live in Buggenhout and have difficulty getting around? Feel free to send an email or text message, and I will deliver your order to your home (for free).

Disclaimer: I do NOT deliver to PO boxes.

2. Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes, exclusively for orders within Belgium and the Netherlands.

=> With purchases from €70 (BE) and from €120 (NL)
=> Always with track and trace

In Belgium, shipping takes 2-3 days. If you order before 12 PM, I will ensure your package is shipped the next day.
There are €5 shipping costs for this; shipping is free for orders over €70. I will send the track and trace information via email.

3. Let's talk about insurance:

Naturally, it is of vital importance that your order is insured. After all, you don't want your package to get lost.

We offer insured shipping when you choose delivery with track & trace.

If you choose shipping with a bubble envelope, this is entirely at your own risk, and Lola et vie sieraden is not responsible for any lost packages.

4. Order processing time:

In-stock items are available immediately.

Pre-order items may have a processing time of up to 2 weeks.

All our made-to-order jewelry is crafted to order with the greatest love, passion, and care. Please allow for a processing time of up to 2 weeks.

5. How long does it take before I receive my purchase?

In-stock items:

In most cases: Ordered before 12:00 => shipped the next day!

All orders will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment at the latest.

For orders within Belgium, the following applies:
- Order with track & trace: Delivery within 24 hours after dispatch. Excludes Sundays and public holidays.
- Order with bubble envelope: Delivery within 8 working days after dispatch (no track and trace)

For all other European deliveries, the delivery time depends on the local postal partner.

You will receive an automated email as soon as your package is on its way.

Custom-made and pre-order items:

As soon as your order is placed, I will start working on creating your dream piece of jewelry. The duration of this process depends on the stock of the necessary materials.

Pre-order items are purchased from the supplier immediately after you place your order. If your desired item is out of stock, you will be personally notified via email. In this case, I would be happy to work with you to find the best possible solution for this potential inconvenience.

As soon as your custom-made jewelry or pre-order item is ready for shipment to you, it will be handed over to the postal courier. The same delivery options as for in-stock items apply.

You will receive an automated email as soon as your package is on its way.
