1. Changed your mind?

I understand, buying from a webshop isn't always easy. You may return the product to me, upon payment of the shipping costs, on the condition that:
- it is UNDAMAGED and UNUSED. Hygiene above all! put yourself in the place.0
- it is neatly packed in the original packaging.
- it was purchased at full price and not on sale.
- it is not a custom-made piece of jewelry.
- it is returned within 5 days of purchase.

Please note that couriers have the right to refuse to pick up a product if it is not properly packed for transport. Just like you, I want this luxury item to arrive safely and in top condition. You can always use the original shipping box for this purpose, provided it is still intact.

As soon as I have received your returned product, I will inspect it (to check if everything is in order) and process your return within 2 business days. The amount will be refunded to you if the returned product meets our return conditions.

2. Products that cannot be returned:

If your product resembles any of the following, it is NOT eligible for return, refund, exchange, or credit:

- all items that have been opened and USED.
- custom-made and personalized items.
- all items offered after the legally stipulated period of 5 days after purchase

There is no guarantee against discoloration of metal or brass parts. Follow our jewelry care tips (free to download in the webshop) to enjoy your favorite jewelry for longer.

You have the right to cancel your purchase as a consumer; send an email to lolaetvie@gmail.com stating the reason before the goods have been shipped. This does not apply to custom-made items.

3. Repairs

Does your jewelry need repair? You are also very welcome at Lola et vie jewelry for this.

The cost of the repair depends on the nature of the repair and the customer's wishes.
